I’ve been reading your blog for quite some time now. I first heard you speak at a Chamber of Commerce event two + years ago. You were fantastic, and I've been following your blog ever since then.

I wanted to thank you for sharing this terrific blog post.

I checked out My Body Tutor and I'm so excited because this is exactly what I need. Daily and personal accountability is the key to success, otherwise, it's just too easy to rationalize my poor choices. I love how Adam says, "If consistency were so easy, everyone would do it." He's right on the money.

I plan on signing up later today. Thanks again for sharing this wonderful post, and also bringing to light a wonderful company that clearly gets it -- based on your glowing endorsement.

Hello Randy. We stayed at Cahal Pech back in October and we too, thought the food was absolutely wonderful! Edgar was one of our regular waiters as well. What a delightful staff they have there! I stumbled on your blog quite by accident actually. When we were there, Edgar got the Chef to write out the marinade for their Mayan pork chops, and sadly, I've misplace it. You wouldn't happen to have that by chance would you!? Thanks in advance if you do, and wouldn't mind sharing.

leer pollo al mango me remonta a mi niñez en Resistencia, Chaco Argentina donde abundan las plantas de mango y solo esperabamos la hora de la siesta para sentarnos debajo del arbol y comer mangos asi, como Randy lo describe, sin culpas, sin posturas... y cuando las cosas no salen como quiero o esta sociedad con tantas poses se pone exigente, compro un mango, busco un arbol y DISFRUTO!!!!!!
